How to use:

• Imagine a white light encircling the selenite stick, inhale deeply and then exhale slowly and fully, repeat an affirmation about what you wish to bring into reality, and then use your selenite.

• Place above your doorways is a common practice - helps protect your space by deflecting negative energy entering your home. It can help promote a calm atmosphere, making it ideal for guarding the entrance of your home.

• Use a smudge stick and pass the crystal through the smoke, place your crystal in a bowl of dry salt, use sound vibrations from a singing bowl or bell, place your crystal in sunlight for a maximum of 30 minutes, or place it in moonlight overnight to cleanse it.

• Always use a Selenite stick bigger than the crystal you wish to charge, place the Selenite stick in the centre, touching the crystals you wish to charge for 24 hours, and place the selenite in the sun to increase its properties.
